On Thursday, January 13, the Nobles music department presented the winter instrumental concert in Lawrence Auditorium. The concert featured the Middle School String Quartet, Middle School Wind Ensemble, Upper School Wind Ensemble, Upper School String Orchestra and Nobles Symphony Orchestra. This exceptional concert included everything from “Friend Like Me” from Disney’s Aladdin to “Amazing Grace” to works from Russian masters and a Mozart Flute Concerto played by Claire Mao ’22. Not to mention Head of School Cathy Hall joined the Upper School Wind Ensemble to play the gong in the “1812 Overture”. Check out the gallery below.
