After starting as a hospital nurse in acute care and later working in college health, Sheila Quinn discovered the field of school health services in 2017 and has never looked back. Prior to joining the Nobles community, she spent seven years working in a catholic elementary school in Boston, caring for children ages two through 14.

“I was drawn to school nursing because of the opportunities it provides to help children thrive holistically,” says Ms. Quinn. “We help them stay healthy so they can learn, and through learning, they go on to lead healthy lives. I feel so fortunate to have a role in educating and supporting children. They are our greatest legacy.”

Ms. Quinn holds a bachelor’s degree in legal studies and sociology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, a nursing degree from Laboure College, and a Master of Education in school nursing from Cambridge College.
