Nobles librarians Emily Tragert, Heidi Charles, Talya Sokoll and Ella Steim, and Kim Neal from communications, recently launched an online resource guide for anyone seeking to learn more about the history, current realities, and future of racial justice in America.
The guide includes feature films, documentaries, articles, podcasts, videos, websites, social media accounts to follow, ideas and organizations for activism or support, and mental health and wellness resources.
We look forward to learning together and empowering our community to enact positive change, and are grateful to the community members, many of them students, who contributed to the content of this valuable tool for awareness and action. Many thanks to the diversity, equity and inclusion team for their knowledge and feedback, especially Gabriella Malave for her valuable insight and for suggesting so many of these titles and individuals from which we can learn.
Additional suggestions for the guide are welcome—please share them with library@nobles.edu or Kim_Neal@nobles.edu.
