The winter wind, strings and orchestra concert filled the Wheeler Music Center in Lawrence Auditorium on January 12 with more than 70 student musicians. The instrumental concert featured the middle and upper school wind and string ensembles and the Nobles Orchestra. The upper school wind ensemble performed in memory of their friend Jane Song '19.
Highlights included a medley from the middle school wind ensemble, Antonio Berdugo's conducting debut, solos by Kevin Chen '20 on oboe and Dane Jacobson '17 on violin, and of course the upper school wind ensemble's "Sleigh Ride."
