Dining
Nobles employs the award-winning team from Flik Independent School Dining to operate our state of the art kitchen and provide our community with fresh, healthy and delicious meals every day.
Lunch always consists of a hot entree and sides, soups, composed salads, fresh fruit, and a salad bar, sandwich bar, quesadilla bar, and dessert. There are always ample vegetarian and vegan options, and we accommodate all religious dietary practices and food allergies.
Lunch is available Monday through Friday in the Castle dining rooms from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. We don’t have traditional lunch periods. Instead, students have free periods in the middle of the day when they are free to eat lunch as they choose. In the middle school, these periods are combined with rotating study halls to provide a more structured lunch schedule.
Breakfast is also available Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 7:45 a.m. and dinner is available Monday through Thursday from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Students must sign up for breakfast or dinner beforehand via the website or the Nobles app. Breakfast costs $3 and dinner costs $5.
